^{ohmygosh? who is this? oh, well, it's the ever adorable madamoiselle charlotte rousseau. she's charlie, or cece to her friends, and simply madamoiselle rousseau to the rest of them. she's almost twenty years of age and is on the cusp of inheriting a fortune. but, daddy's got ties with the nazis, which doesn't make his darling little girl too happy. mostly because they are cruel sadistic bastards that she would have preferred to have stayed the hell out of her perfect country. she's a spitfire, polite at times however she isn't all that predictable. whether that's a good or a bad thing, that's for you to decide. she's working for the french resistance currently, offering up herself as a spy to just about anyone who wants to get the axis out of france. she's incredibly proud, and doesn't take to insults very well. and she is rather bossy at times. but she can lie her way out of any situation and can charm you with a smile. she'll need friends of various sorts, she is a socialite, and can talk her way out of any situation, and she just likes to converse in general. and she needs people that can be the brawn to her brain. she's useless when it comes to combat. and she'll have enemies, whether people are annoyed by her or she by them, or nazis in general. then there is the ever fun topic of romance. which i'm completely open to anything for her. as long as he's not a zillion years older. then she'd be a bit creeped out.}

LUCIENNE AND CHARLOTTE

I could see a serious love/hate relationship between these two. Lucienne is more the quiet, passive aggressive, sarcastic type, whereas Charlotte, from your description, sounds like the kind of person to be very outspoken and blunt. Naturally, as opposites, they would get on each others nerves. Plus, Lucienne would probably think of Charlotte, initially, as a spoiled little rich girl, but, after getting to know each other, perhaps the two could make a pretty good team and maybe even form a friendship - still keeping a little rivalry between the two, but all in good fun. Lucienne could even come to think of Charlotte as her annoying little sister and would be a tad protective of her.

I'm open to anything you wanna add or change, of course!

a sisterly bond sort of thing would be very amusing. they will be like the two oldest bennet sisters...sort of. but better, because they are french. just the sheer fact that they are both french means they have to be close and talk about how german food is absolutely poisoning french cuisine. charlotte would be a little peeved that lucienne was much more introverted than she is, simply because she never has seen a reason to be quieter. and charlotte would probably think that lucienne was giving her the cold shoulder constantly, which would make her feel bad. and i think that forming a friendship would only be natural, as they are both supporting the resistance and pretty much awesome. and although charlotte would never admit it, she always wished she had a sister (or a sister figure) in her life.

Sounds awesome! Now, we just have to decide whether to begin with them already knowing each other, or do we want to start from their first meeting and we'll have to figure out how/where they meet, since Lucienne isn't as well off as Charlotte.

Aldo I think would find her annoying and not like her all that much, but protect her because she is part of the French Resistance and because she is useless with combat. He doesn't particularly like a woman who is bossy and taking charge, but he'll deal with it because she's a good guy...girl.

I think Elizabeth would become her older sister, trying to protect her straight away, she is a delicate flower who doesn't need to be spoiled by war and stuff like that ^^ It kind of breaks her heart to see girls involved in all of this (even though she is in deeper than anyone else could ever be). Like with all the women who just need a feminine touch, these two would probably be constantly talking fashion and men ^^

-taps chin- indeed, we must figure out a way that they would have met, as i'm pretty sure that it would be better for them to already know each other. as they are part of the french resistance, i imagine that they have a few mutual friends that run in the same circle, so perhaps they were introduced by a friend of a friend? i dunno, something of the like.

aldo:
his grubbiness and lack of personal hygiene would irritate her beyond belief. she'd be like "you know....there is a bit of, well, blood on your shirt...would you mind...cleaning up a bit?" and then wrinkle her nose because he probably smells a tad bit bad. and she will not be pleased if he finds her a tad obnoxious and not quite the type of girl he'd want to be around. just because nobody likes to be disliked. she might view him to be some sort of father figure...if aldo could be anything like that.

"fancy some croissants and coffee?" i dare say that they would get along famously. and charlotte would love to have another older sister! however she'd often insist that she needn't be protected. just because she thinks she's as tough as nails. i think i would be mildly hysterical if elizabeth attempted to teach her how to shoot a gun.

I could imagine that and I think Aldo would like her even less if she insulted his dirt, he's grown quite attached to that stuff. But yes, that sounds most excellent.

I don't think Elizabeth would let her near a gun XD the whole "pretty women shouldn't fight, they shouldn't be near war, they should just sit there and let the professionals do the work ^^ but getting along famously they would!

I don't know just how that would work but if you can think of something between Hugo and and Charlotte, that would be fine. He does protect women and children and in his eyes, Charlotte would be a young woman, which needs extra protection if you want to go down that path. But he does not like being talked back to

Again, not quite sure. Minou runs the brothel and she is very rich, maybe they could know each other due to wealth and a common distaste for the Nazi's. Maybe Charlotte's father does not approve of her knowing the brothel owner so it could be a rebellious attempt to get back at her dad?

I'm seeing some kind of flirtation going on between these two. Dimitri despises the nazis because their troops killed his father and almost killed him. Dimitri is also rich, but hates it. So I think they can either be enemies like clashing personalities. Since Dimitri likes getting under everyone's skin and is brute, but he knows how to treat a lady. He's twenty which makes him suitable for her. I dunno they may make a cute couple in time haha. I just thought I'd throw something out there since she seems really interesting.
